Decent and pleasant hotel. Helpful and friendly staff. The furniture and interior may be a little old-fashioned, but they are in good condition. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable. The cleanliness is very good both in the rooms and in the entire hotel, which unfortunately cannot be said for the city of Rome, which is a very dirty city. Breakfast good. We were even able to use a baby stroller for free, which is a big plus for a family arriving in Rome by plane. The location is great. Close to the train and bus station and metro station, and a taxi to the city costs only 10-15 euros. The stay in this hotel was pleasant and the only complaint is the noise from outside and inside due to poor insulation but it is tolerable. Considering the level of services provided by the hotel, the price is still a bit too high, but it seems to be competitive with similar hotels in Rome.

Spacious room that had all that we needed for a family of three which included an infant. They provided a comfortable baby cot which we really appreciated. Air conditioning worked well (much needed in the summer heat). I was really impressed with the quality of the hotel service staff. They were kind enough to check us in early seeing that we arrived with a baby after a long flight. Location was great! lots of good food in the area. We were able to walk to the nearby sights- Trevi Fountain, Colosseum We want to also specially thank Roberto for helping us on our day of check-out. Our privately arranged transport to Pienza cancelled at the last minute. Roberto was able to help us secure a driver through a hotel contact, which was reliable and got us safely to our destination. We really appreciated his help and are very grateful!!

The hotel location is very close to termini Station, so it's easy to take a train, find a taxi or take the metro. Alot of restaurants and markets close by. The hotel itself is good, we booked two connected rooms as we were a family of 5. A 12 & 10 year old children and a baby. Thec room size was good. The hotel provided the crib, and even have a stroller to use. But we used our own. They were a bit overwhelmed because our stay was around new year's eve. We asked for an iron once, it was not available and we were promised they'll bring it as soon as someone finishes with it. But it never came. Other than that the staff were friendly. Answered to our needs fast. The breakfast is good, but it became boring staying for 4 nights, as it was the same everyday. They didn't provide free bottled water in the room as other hotels do.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful, both at the reception and at the restaurant where breakfast was served. Hotel location is great, most attractions are within walking distance, we only used public transportation to reach Vatican, we walked to everything else. Breakfast buffet was abundant and tasty, but it had the exact same selection every day - some diversity would be great. Bathroom was big enough and clean, room was clean and spacious. We wanted a family room, since we were travelling with two kids (9 and 11 at the time), they made sure we got separate beds for the kids, since they are probably too big to sleep together on a couch.

Spacious room, great huge bed, spacious bathroom with nice tube, huge sink shelve. Friendly professional staff. Very close to the Termini station making it easy to get in and out. This location seems pretty good after my 4 days in Rome - you have one of the few central metro stations close by and you are about 20-30 min walk to any ancient tourist site. Lots of restaurant in less than 5 min walk so you can have good time after a long day of walking.
